The MSSOA Model Missouri Rental Agreement form is for sale and to use by MSSOA members in good standing.  Membership dues must be current. 

Use of the MSSOA Model Missouri Rental Agreement is strictly voluntary. However, the member must sign the User Agreement Form at the time of first order.

Members may not alter, copy, distribute or give away copies of the agreement or any portion thereof to any other party.  MSSOA will handle the printing, ordering and distribution of the Model Rental Agreements.  Members may not and should not print their own rental agreements.

The cost per form is .52 cents (shipping is $9.00).  Forms may be ordered in lots of 50, 75, 100, 200 and 250.
